30-Day Return Window

You are granted 30 days from the day of delivery to submit a return request. To be considered eligible, the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as at the moment of receipt.

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please reach out to us via our contact page, providing your order number along with the reason for the return. If your request is approved, we will share clear instructions regarding the shipment method and the address to which the parcel must be sent.

Items received without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives and notify us without delay if the item turns out to be defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. We will assess the situation and work with you to determine a fair resolution.

Items Excluded from Returns

Certain products are not eligible for return. This applies in particular to: items made to order or personalized, products damaged through improper use, articles missing their original packaging, and items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned shipment has reached us and been examined, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the reimbursement will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method. Please remember that, depending on your bank or credit card provider, the actual posting of the refund may take additional time.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the original product. As soon as the return has been confirmed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping expenses are generally borne by the customer. Exceptions apply when the return results from a mistake on our side — for example, in the case of a faulty or incorrectly shipped item.
