Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Incoming orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders submitted over the weekend or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.

Expected Delivery Times

Once your shipment leaves our facility, the following approximate delivery times apply:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where offered)
International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and the duration of customs clearance

These timeframes are estimates only and should not be taken as guaranteed delivery commitments.

Shipping Fees

The applicable shipping fees are determined during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. For selected orders or within the framework of special promotions, free shipping may also be offered.

Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your order has been dispatched, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update properly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient bears the responsibility for all customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These costs are not part of the product price or the shipping fee and are typically collected directly by the local delivery service at the moment of handover.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Should your shipment go missing during transport or arrive in a damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so the matter can be addressed together with the courier.

Correct Delivery Address

Please verify during checkout that your delivery address is complete and correct. We accept no responsibility for shipments forwarded to incorrect addresses due to errors made by the customer when placing the order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order so that we may attempt to correct the address prior to dispatch.
